Guest List and Dietary Requirements
It's important that we receive all guest names and details ahead of the event for security reasons. Please ensure you complete the guest information on our portal, after logging in here.
There is a step by step guide on how to do this which is downloadable from here.

Please note that the food option for our attendees will be a selection of canapes and bowl foods.
If you have booked your table directly with the team, please email information to maisie.howard@emap.com.
Access Requirements
If any of your guests require any special access considerations, please inform us within 5 working days of the awards so we can accommodate their needs. The awards entrance as well as our staging will have ramp access meaning delegates can access the venue and stage comfortable and with ease, regardless of need.

The Environmental Packaging Live 2025 is taking place on Tuesday 24th June to Wednesday 25th June, at KIA Oval Cricket Ground, London.

Artisan breads with butter
Starters
Whipped burrata with a pea, shallot and baby gem salad, balsamic glaze and mint puree (V, NGCI)
Mains
Shawarma spiced venison with haunch sausage stuffed hispi cabbage, garlic, miso and herb emulsion, shoestring potatoes and an XO sauce (NGCI)
Vegetarian option
Potato and pearl barley wild garlic pesto topped with crispy loaded potato skins (V)
Dessert
Spiced apple and rhubarb clafoutis with rhubarb jam and ginger ice cream (Ve)

There will be a limited selection of beer, wine and soft drinks during the networking break. There will also be a cash bar available.
Dress Code
The dress code/attire for the awards night is cocktail.
