The categories are split into two sections: Packaging Projects and Business Performance.

Judges’ Choice is awarded at discretion of judges only, with judges encouraged to nominate people, teams or packs for an award. These categories award overarching sustainable packs by material, from the existing pool of entries into the Packaging Projects categories, Circular Economy initiatives.

The awards are open to brands (end-customers), retailers and packaging designers (either in-house or agencies working on behalf of a brand or retailer).

Entrants must be operators in the UK market and products must be commercially available to UK consumers.

These set of awards recognise excellence in sustainable packaging design, production and innovation.
Packs will need to demonstrate a step forward in the market.
Judges will also reward the pack which shows the best social and environmental credentials.
