Accessibility at the KIA Oval

The KIA Oval have created an Access Guide containing all the key information a visitor with accessible needs requires ahead of visiting The Kia Oval.

Accessible Parking and Entrances

Parking for blue badge holders is available at a designated location nearby.

Outside the ground, all road crossings have textured paving compliant with current legislation. All entrances at The Kia Oval have dropped kerbs, in additional to accessible entrance gates.

If you are a Blue Badge holder in the London Borough of Lambeth, you are entitled to park free of charge on the side streets near The Kia Oval.

For all conference parking including for blue badge holders please contact the KIA Oval Conference and Events team on 0207 820 5670 who will be able to assist you.


Wheelchairs and Assistance Dogs

Wheelchairs, if required, are available in Pavilion Reception, but we do recommend that you bring your own if you are able to. If you need to store a wheelchair, please ask at Pavilion Receptio n where someone will be able to support you.

Assistance dogs only are permitted at the event and in the venue. Please notify joanna.griffith@emap.com if you require the presence of your assistance dog at the event. Should your assistance dog need w ater throughout the day, any member of staff will be happy to help. We ask that any dog mess is tidied up immediately and deposited in the bins provided.


Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are located all around the ground and are accessible with a RADAR key. Please ask a member of Oval staff or visit Pavilion Reception to collect a RADAR key.

Emergency cords are in place in all accessible toilets.


Prayer Room and Ramadan

The Multi-Faith Prayer Room is open at all times. Please ask a member of The Oval staff for directions to the Prayer Room when inside the venue.

Talking Retail Live will take place during Ramadan. As such, we will provide takeaway boxes for those observing Ramadan to be able to collect and enjoy their complimentary lunch after the close of the event. Dates for those observing Ramadan will be available to take upon departure of the event.


Additional Info

  • First Aid, medical & clinical waste facilities are available at either end of the ground for your use.
  • Less than 5% of internal areas are non-wheelchair friendly, and accessibility within the ground is good.
  • Accessible Taxis can be ordered from within the 1845 Stand or Pavilion Receptions.
